Running:

Yabb 2.3.1
Event Calender V1.3
CustomPages (Yabb 2.2) (adapted - no edit to .css and the edits just below) perfect on standard tabs - love iframes..
Countdown Timer (YaBB 2.2)
Quiz 2.3.1 Beta 0.5 Did not use AutoTabs 4 - used ...YaBB.pl?action=quiz on a standard tab)

All working good with no conflicts.  Great combination of a board - well worth the effort upgrading to 2.3.1 from 2.2

Sincere thanks for all the work freely given here, thanks.

Kind Regards
Chris

Running 2.3.1 with:

Admin HTML
Users Today
Your Post Indicator
Topic Description
BoardPassword
Event Calendar
AutoTabs 4 YaBB23
Quiz 0.5 YaBB23 231

Installed and runs OK although when an error occurs (for example you double click the answer button) it seems to go into a cycle of 'error - press back', 'page has expired - refresh' 'error - press back' 'page has expired - refresh'.

May have just been a glich my end of course.

Any plans to correct the double breadcrumb (if that's what its called):

Regardless of the above I like this mod - my thanks to those concerned  Wink

John

The double clicking the submit button problem is probably due to the cheating prevention ... you can't go back to a question you already answered to change your answer. Perhaps what is needed is a check to be sure you aren't 'answering' a question without actualy selecting an answer. I'll look into it a little bit, but don't expect to see much soon, as I have almost no idea what I am doing.

I am also trying to figure out the double bread crumb. My guess would be it is something that the mod used to have to do, itself, but recent changes to the main program now allow it to do it ... so both are.

We'll see what I can figure out. (As noted in the first thread, I can do very little with this, other than just trying to fit it into the newest version using what little I have learned by installing mods.)

Batchman, I've attached a new Quiz.pl - It should fix the double bread crumb issue...

So the YYMain codes had to pretty much morph into YYNavigation codes ... looks pretty simple if you know how to do it. [Which I didn't, but I may now, if I ever have to deal with this kind of an issue in the future.]

New zip in the first post momentarily. No new version number, and no no to remove and reinstall the mod ... just upload new Quiz.pl to the sources directory.

Thank you very much, Derek!

You don't the difficulty level comes from how many people take your tests and what kind of scores they get. If the first couple of people to take your test miss a lot of questions, it will have a high difficulty rating.

If the first couple of people do quite well on the quiz, it will have a lower difficulty rating.

All based on how well the first people to take the quiz do.

Any news on the repair for the slight glich (double clicking) as I can see this being an issue for members with a slow connection.

Thanks

John

All I can suggest is telling them not to double click. Sorry.

Could this possibly be updated for YaBB 2.4?
