By the way... your mod does not remove the referer completely, it still gives away e. g.

as referer.

Here's patch 2... features:

- Also puts the dereferer into NEWS and GOPHER tags. Well - nobody will use them, but just in case.

- Ads code which prevents from multiple dereferer URL's in posts.

Example:

A user posts the URL

www.page.com

and it will automatically be linked with

http://www.site.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?action=dereferer;url=http://www.page.com


now another user does a right click, copies the link destination and pastes it to another post. The board would add the dereferer again:

Every time a user would copy and paste the link, another dereferer URL would be added. Patch 2 prevents from that.

Where can I find 1.0b version. In mod database it's 1.0a.
I have problem with referals to YaBB url's
