	It sends the email after the user has registered but before he activates his account. For me this is the way I want it to work.

	Then you get an error message for a link. why would you want it this way?

	I get a error message but I have requested that the link by changed so that it sends me to the registration log in the admin section. So I may activate delete or verify the user's profile. Also I requested that you have the option of recieving the email before or after activation depending on your individual preference. I want the email before activation because I run a closed board and users sometimes get their emails filtered. One option I hope would be included is some sort of email spam protection.

	Ok, I think mine is working as advertised. Just one question. How do I tell if the user has validated his account or not after he has signed up, and the new user notification is sent to me? I see nothing in his profile that might indicate this. I guess I can go look at the log?

	I am waiting for YaBB 2.2 then I will update the mod. As for the question on activation i will add a link to the email that way you can activate the user manually in need be

	Hello, the installation went through without any probs. And there are no errors shown during using the the board. But i did not get an email, when a new user registered. Does anyone have an idea what i did wrong? Regards, Uwe

	Same here, BoardMod ran error free, I see the MOD listed in my Admin Center but no response when new users register. My new user gets their temporary password e-mailed to them ok so I know my sendmail is working. Are there supposed to be options available on this MOD in the "Installed MOD's" section? Here is what I am refering to: http://www.archiefamily.com/ebay/missingoptions.bmp You will notice in the Admin Center option list on the left it does not show the New Member Notification MOD in the list with the others and in the main screen there are no options, from the details of the MOD I expected to see options.

I think the expectation of myself and the user before my posts was that we would find the options for your MOD in the BoardMod Mods section in the area for the New Members Notification. Other than confusion over where you placed the option for your MOD I think you did very well with this one. Good job.

	Strangely enough, I'm still having problems with this one. I am now admining 2 yabb 2.1 forums. One, the new member notification goes out (with the bad link), and the other, no notification goes out at all. Is this all moot with 2.2?

	This mod is pretty handy, but I would like to see that I'm notified after they complete registration. I get about 20 bogus registration attempts a day, the kinds that don't check their email and click on the validation link... so they never complete registration. Occasionally, one or two sneak through, and those are the ones I need to be notified about. Seeing 20 messages in my in box, and having maybe only one of them having completed registration, well... it doesn't do me any good. Thanks though.

	I dont get that many, but admining 2 forums, it is annoying to get the new user notification, only to click the link and find nobody there. Can it be changed to notify once they finish the verification process?

	I installed this mod a while back and it was working OK now I get 2 E-mails Quote: Congratulations. As you can see no name for the member but the other E-mail has the members name. Any Ideas as this has just started doing it.
