Hi there,

I'm installing a YaBB SP 1.3.1 from scratch and I'm having the following symptom with my AMM 1.5 mod:

I can configure different Membergroups as admin, but when I go to modify a user, the only available options for his position are either blank or Administrator.

In another YaBB forum I'm using I do the same (create new category with the x and stuff) and I get to see this category when modifying a profile.

These are the mods I've installed and the installation order:

01) aimb_21
02) yams_403
03) membermap_27
04) yams_403 map add-on (*)
05) amm_15 (**)
06) modup3
07) Newcalendar3_8
08) RSS_Feed_1_0
09) rebuild_index_1
10) gzip compression
11) Only Admin can register 1.3
12) latest subject

(*) Adapted the before last change
(**) Changes in InstantMessage by hand because of aimb_21

Another symptom I had: I created a dummy user and its position was shown as YaBB God in YaBB.cgi?action=viewprofile;username=test1. I think after having installed AMM the membergroups.txt file is no longer used and MemberStats.txt is, but the point is I had removed all YaBB God references from the AMM Configuration panel, and only after I modified the membergroups.txt file that YaBB reference disappeared from the user profile.

I'm trying to investigate and I'll probably install less MODs and see if any of them is causing some kind of interference.

Hi can anyone help?

Using Add more MemberGroups 1.5 - SP1.3.1

which appears to be working in every way except i've lost 'Moderator' in my edit profile position drop down box?

Moderator is still in member groups but i cant assign it - any thoughts?

Edit: Sorry found answer in earlier post in this thread by Carsten Embarrassed

At one point there was supposed to be a fix for disabling "YaBB Style Membergroups" and seeing the name of the last person to post at the top of the page (user TheFunch sees "Hi, Aloysia, you have x messages"). It never worked, but I still want to see all titles that a member (normal, mod, or admin) has when displaying posts. I imagine it isn't a hard thing to do -- loop through all six membergroup spots in a profile and print the ones with something in them -- but I can't find the code for it.

Hello

Here a Bugfix ... where Admins lost powers if they updated their "Admin Group" to a other "Member Group" ....

Update Assigned MemberGroups for Users (Admin Center)
