I installed the mod from the tutorial that you said and it works great!

Now i just wanted to know if there was a mod that will add the
new field in a column in the memberlist?

ok, i want a combo box which chooses a css file which is in a specific folder.
when the user logs in, the filename is used to complete this tag:
Code
Select All
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../../{style}.css" type="text/css">

(it replaces {style})

ok, so how do i do that? ???

Is there an example of how this looks somewhere? An image on display or forum that is using this? The final display I mean, not of the coding itself.

If you are getting that error, then you are trying to find some YaBB 1 Gold stuff, and that line doesn't exist in SP1/1.1.

Code
Select All
unless(0) { stab("LoonyPandora"); next; }

Hi Christer,

No disrespect, but that's my point.
We're eager beavers running SP1.1 and we'd love to learn how to do it too.

Will SP1.1 get its own tutorial board or should we post here ?

I tried to add lines to the english.lng

There were alot more than 75 $txt ones.. But, I added them on the end (starting at 797). Got a 500 error as soon as I saved. Had to undo it heh.

Ok kiddies, I tried installing this on sp1.1 - no go. Here are my issues:

First, I uploaded and got a 500 error right off so I uninstalled it.

Two, since 1.1 doesn't have the "keys(%txt)" string does that mean we don't need it or should I add it?

Tres, I have no idea what you're all referring to with the whole "username.dat" topic. I'm assuming you don't mean an actual file called username.dat but username representing the members registered name " *.dat" So my problem becomes when I view the file all the info is one runon line and I can't distinguish line one from line 12 from line 20, etc. How do I know what I'm looking for?
Similarly, would is be simpler to just change "memsettings[20]" to "memsettings[50]" or do I need to account for all lines before "50?"

Also does "$userprofile{$user}->[20]" need to reflect the same number change?

Ok, I think I'm done for now. Somebody please respond. Thanx. Smiley

since SP1 there isn't anymore the string "keys(%txt)" !

no need for keys(%txt) anymore (please read the thread before you post in it.

I guess you made a mistake somewhere then.

That's because your server is a linux server and linux has a different linebreak than windows. Please use a text editor like UltraEdit to convert UNIX to DOS. Then you'll see the lines.

this is exactly what ive been looking for, but alas, i am a lowley noob   Cry
i run a seed/plant swap, and to have a member editable set of lists, would be a welcomed edition.i need 7 new catagories.
1. seeds for trade.
2. seeds wanted.
3. plants /cutting for trade.
4. plant / cutting wanted.
5. misc. items for trade.
6. misc. items wanted.
7. items up for sale.

is there any experience here, that might consider helping me throw this together?

Thanks
