Which way would you prefer to do this...

Obviously, my original thought was to give it it's own column like this:



But, apart from having to make a few different compatible Mod files for other Mods, and taking up a fair bit of room in the member list, it would also mean a lot of empty cells if users didn't fill out their mood.

Another, simpler way, would be to put it right under the username like this:



What do you think? I'm not too sure...

For me, personally, either one would work equitably. I like the idea of it being there, and either form would be fine.
  
Improving my forum, one mod at a time!

Tough call. As you said, having it in its own column would take up a fair bit of room. There is already alot of info diplayed depending on what options members choose to show.
I personally think it looks sharp underneath of the username.
  
Now using YaBB 2.5.2 with 40+mods

Right, underneath the username it is then. I'm pleased you are both happy with that, it means that I have only had to make one compatible mod file for YaMMS.  Smiley (We can always change it in the future if needs be)

I've updated the Zip Package in the first post. You need to uninstall 1.4 and reinstall 1.5. The only changes are in:

Admin/NewSettings.pl
Admin/Settings_Main.pl
Sources/MemberList.pl

But you also need to upload the new language file.

- If you are using YaMMS, then use the Mood_V1_5_YaMMS_Compatible Mod.
- If you are using the Avatars in Member List Mod, then that needs to be installed first.

I have only tested the YaMMS Compatible Mod through BoardMod, but did not upload the files, so let me know if that is working as it should - I'm pretty sure that it is.

And...

@ Mick

If you read this, could you be good enough to update the German language files with one more line please?

Installed YaMMS Compatible Mod with no errors and no conflicts with any of the other 38 mods I have installed. Everything is working just fine. Looks great!
