This mod let template authors add a small configuration file to automatically implement a template.
The format is similar to the one used in YaBB 2.1 - 2.3.1 only now it can add My Center and Menu Type too.
The configuration file must have the same name as the template sub-folder and files and the extension: .cfg
The implementation is done the first time the admin goes to Admin Center and the configuration file will 'self destruct'.

Not much to using it What it does is make it so a cfg (configuration file) can be used to *auto* set up the template.. saving you from having to go into the template configuration section of the admin center and set up the newly installed template..
YaBB used to do this by default... but not anymore.. but with this.. it will again  Ideally.. template designers will make the cfg and include it in their template so all you would have to do is upload the template as per instructions and poof.. its ready to use.
As far as i know tho.. none of the current 2.4 template have the cfg.. I know mine dont.. only because I havnt had time to go back and do it.. but any future templates I might make will certainly have one included
