Sticky Shimmy Shuffle 2.4 YaBB2--------------------------------------------------------
This mod allows a moderator, Gmod, or Admin to rearrange the order of stickies of a certain board by clicking an arrow beside the thread name in the direction you want it to go. In this version it, also allows only Gmods or Admins to rearrange the order of the Global Announcements in any board.
There is a separate mod file for those that have Split Splice Adv.
Installation

- Mod your the files (all 12 of them) and upload in ASCII.

ver 1.0 - Initial beta release
ver 1.1 - Added the ability to rearrange the global announcements too.
ver 1.2 - Just a little something just in case an admin want to be a moderator too.
ver 1.3 - Will open global announcements, no mater what the file name is.
ver 1.4 - Added support for virboard in global announcements AND moved arrows to far right of thread name.
ver 1.4a - Updated for Y2 Final Release
ver 1.5 - Updated for Y2.1, added fix for thread movement after being moved as a sticky, added "Manfred fix", and added precautionary code that makes sure file lock is enabled so that a file cannot be opened while be written to.
ver 2.0 - Updated how stickies are arranged now using a central file to set the order.
ver 2.1 - Fixed an issue of a stickied thread being "restickied" when locked AND an issue that would delete all stickies if all but one stickies is deleted or unstickied (thanks Jet Li)
ver 2.2 - Removed the need to upload stickies.txt and added the ability to rebuild stickies.txt when rebuilding the message index. Also add Jet Li's spacer.
ver 2.3 - Fixed double sticky issue when replying.

- I would like to thank Manfred for coming up with the display "fix". It has been included here because there seemed to be some interest in making things look like the default YaBB. Although I didn't think things were broken, I still greatly appreciate Manfred's time and effort in this.
-This new version does not edit any board files like the previous version, allowing this to unistall very cleanly.
