reread pages 2 3 4 and 5 of this thread, that is where most problems are discussed. It maybe easier to just re-install the mod? Make sure to upload the files in their correct format, binary or ASCII

OKe found it, had to create a map called pages by hand.

Could it be possible that you modify the mod so it creates a folder or add a folder in the zip (fill the empty folder with a placeholder.txt file so it isn't empty and is zipped correctley)

I also repackaged the mod with the yabb21.html location updated and included the images folder and .htaccess file. "Hopefully for less confusion", and put it in 2.2 beta section.

Paths.pl is an existing file in the same folder that the YaBB.pl resides. This mod will have updated the paths.pl so you will need to copy it back to your server overwriting the original.

The problem is that I'm half Welsh & half Scottish so don't know much English. 

Ok, I made the assumption that you know how to use BoardMod and that you have managed to modify your files using BoardMod software and the Custom Page Mod file. If not you will need to read up on how to use BoardMod software.

Assuming that you have copied all of your existing Forum files from your server onto your computer retaining the same folder structure and also made a complete backup of these files in case anything goes wrong. Setup BoardMod so that it can find/read and update these files as per the install/user instructions. (That's how I do it anyway)

The folder that contains all your files will have been called YaBB, YaBB2 or what ever name you have changed it to or version of Yabb you have installed.

Once you run the mod file in BoardMod it will tell you if it has been successful or not. If it is successful then you will need to find all the files that have been updated within each folder and  upload them back to your server overwriting the existing files on the server (These are listed in the Mod file that you are installing which can be opened using a text editor) The mod file may come with additional files so you will need to upload these to their correct folders on your server and remember to change their chmod settings.

So remember to upload the edited Paths.pl file which is within your Yabb folder (What ever you have called it)
