Where can I find the installation instructions for this MOD. A readme.txt file?

I have read this entire thread, however I was unable to find a fix to the basic issue I am having.

The installation!

At first I tried to use the Boardmod application to automatically modify the files locally, then uploading the content  to my webserver along with the additional EventCal files.

Afterwards, I attempted to download and manually edit the required files in Templates/ Sources/ etc to no avail.

Finally I attempted a fresh installation of YaBB with the Boardmob app.

Still no luck! I am constantly seeing this page after each installation attempt:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@*****(MY EDIT).ca and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

At this point (after 2 looong hours) I am about to give up, however I would gladly welcome some help!

If any expert if kind enough to spend a bit of time on my webserver, I am willing to grant you FTP access so that you can give it a go yourself.

I have already set up a fresh install of YaBB and created an FTP account.

Simply PM me if you can spare a few minutes! Much gratitude to whomever is kind enough, and a considerable  karma boost as well!

The chmod setting don't seem to be included in the .mod file.

Should all files be 777?

I apologize to bother you guys with this but I have a problem and I cannot find out what I have done wrong.

I read all the threads in the post, double-checked my install and then read all the code and whatever I messed up this time is over my head lol

Anyway I have event calender installed and it does seem to work.  You can see my other installed mods on my profile.

Now when I view it though I have this problem?

One member birthday is september 4 and another member birthday is september 28 but today the calender says it is both persons birthday today?

I messed up your awesome mod but I don't know how lol 

Couldn't find any other post with this problem, then again there are 19 pages and I might have missed it.

Trying to install, I get three errors, in steps 10, 13 and 14:  failed - ERR(1):  Search string could not be found.  Then of course:  
> modifications failed! 3 errors occured. No files will be modified. Please see readme for help on the error messages.

I can't find a readme file... ???  I just DL'd and installed the security patch with no problems.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I simply cannot get this to appear on my site!

The mod is installed and I am able to make my admin selections in the admin Board - but cannot seem to get it to appear in the Board.

What am I missing?

Quick question, can the date stamp be changed from day/month/year     to     month/day/year     ?
