	On the road to v3.0 we make a small stop to maintain the current version. This release includes a couple of smaller bugfixes and now officially supports the newer YaBB versions (in other words: it comes with the SP1.4 and Y2 folders ). This time it also includes some "under the hood" changed: we've migrated from Delhi6/Kylix2 to Delhi7/Kylix3 so we'll profit from recent updates to these development environments. Download BoardMod 2.5.4 The following changes have been made: added option to disable skin (see 'EnableSkin' in boardmod.ini) added option to disable linebreak check (see 'LinebreakCheck' in boardmod.ini) NOTE: this will speed up large files handling, but BoardMod will no longer convert between different file formats (DOS/Unix). This option is NOT recommended! fixed hand cursor showing on program start added note to INSTALL file about library problem with Fedora Linux (bug 870644) mod editor now uses the windows xp theme Windows version now build with Delphi7, Linux version with Kylix3Pro, both using VisualCLX 3.7 patches Linux version no longer needs the boardmod-run start-script, it's looks for libborqt-6.9-qt2.3.so in ./lib added support for YaBB 1 Gold - SP1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.4, YaBB 2 RC1 and YaBB SE 1.5.5

	Very cool news. I'll have to find some mods I want to add in so that I can test this bad boy out.

	Maybe I did something wrong but the mod editor windows does not remember it's size when I made it bigger, maybe it works with linux, I'll try later... btw, you're super Michael

	nice! glad to see an option to disable the skin - much as I like the skin, the colours get pixilated under Win 2000 Terminal Services, so it was very hard to read any details on BM....

	Copy your "install.log" file from your old BoardMod directory to your new one.

	I clicked "run boardmod.exe" at the end of the installation and it gave me a big pile of bugs. had to force quite via Ctrl+alt+del and rettried firing it, seemed to work better. Not nice at first though!

	I have the same problem after installing when I check the box to run board mod. It doesn't like to load the green boarders and simply loads as a windows 98 style window. After clicking ok on the error message I can do things like set the path to my yabb.pl but it doesn't save any of the information after exiting. It doesn't list any mods in the versions either. I exit and reopen and works completely fine. The first time it did it I thought I needed to reboot and did and it was fine. The second time I installed it just recently I just restarted boardmod and it worked. By the way, the error messages are Access Violations with big long numbers Never thought to write down the exact errors.
