Go to my test forum at http://dcevolution.net/yabbtest2/YaBB.pl register for the forum (it's a test forum, so you'll be deleted when I re-transfer my existing forum over) and modify your profile to choose the ten321 template.  If you like it, I'll pass the files on to you.

Here's a screen capture of it:

Alright - the instructions included are a little fuzzy.  In fact, in the first RC of YaBB2, there were two confilcting sets of instructions (I don't know if they're still in there or not).

Here's what you do to start:  Upload all of the files in the "cgi-bin" folder that came with YaBB2 into your cgi-bin.  You can put them in a subdirectory in cgi-bin if you want.

Then, upload all of the files that came in the yabbfiles folder in your package up to your www or html directory on your server.

Make certain that Setup.pl is in your cgi-bin, in the same directory your YaBB.pl file is in.  Then, go to that address where your Setup.pl is located.

VERY IMPORTANT - If your Perl path is not located at /usr/bin/perl you will need to open Setup.pl in Notepad or Wordpad (or some other text editor) and input the correct path to Perl on your server.
