Hi Carsten!

Sounds like an awesome mod, if only I could install it!
I've currently got some other mods installed:
Extended Profiles
Admin Centre Update
CPR

I can only get your mod to work when I unistall all other mods. I tried your newest acu version and that would install if only the ACU mod was installed. I couldn't install the others after I'd done this though - I think the main problem is with the ext prof mod...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, maybe you have a few tips?

I seem to have a problem.
when reading topics users seem to have an extra spot where it shows there location. and it is not clickable. How do i remove that extra location.

Also how do i remove the location completly and only show the flag. like how boadmods has it.

Hi everybody,

here's two maps I created for Germany and Austria, since this is where my people come from. Hope they are useful for you.

Thanks for the Mod, Carsten!

@kiwigal - glad you've got things working  Smiley

@kidgixxer - do you use YaBB 2.1 from the distribution package? Do you have any other mods installed?
In "edit Profile - Options" you can chose to show location in posts as "Flag" or "Text" (or both).

@Andi - You are welcome. Nice maps.

Here's a map of New Zealand I made, so that we're not attached to Australia! (Most of my users are from New Zealand). I don't expect there'd be much demand for this, but what the heck, here it is Smiley

Hmm - not much to go on - could you be a little more specific about what you did, how you did it and what happened when you did it?

OK I moved the files into the location on our server......then I ran board mod and put the mod on..it all came up saying OK to the mod.  Then when I refreshed the board it give this error:
Quote:
Undefined subroutine &main::LoadIMs called at ./Sources/Subs.pl line 501. Compilation failed in require at C:\Inetpub\christian_women\cgi-bin\yabb2\nph-YaBB.pl line 56.

If you load the mod and then go into admin to activate the mod you get this error messgae:
Quote:
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Undefined subroutine &main::LoadIMs called at ./Sources/Subs.pl line 501.
Compilation failed in require at C:\Inetpub\christian_women\cgi-bin\yabb2\AdminIndex.pl line 54.

Hi,

I had YaBB 2 RC 3 with yamms_4_yabb2.

I have upgraded to Yabb 2.1 and installed the mod yamms_4_yabb21_204a but some of my members have lost their map.

Any idea why?

Cheers

Hi,
we build our board new on an own Server. I install the Mods
1. Ext. Profiles
2. SubBoard
3. AdminCenterUpdate
4. Yamms (ACU-Compatible)

After installing YaMMs I get an error, when I click on "Profile-Button"
Code
Select All
Bareword found where operator expected at ./Sources/Profile.pl line 631, near "

Profile.pl "near line 631" (first line I quote is 627):

Code
Select All
	$yymain .= qq~
require "$sourcedir/ExtendedProfiles.pl";
$yymain .= ext_editprofile($user,"contact") . qq~
   <tr class="catbg">
     <td height="30" valign="middle" align="center" colspan="2"><input type="submit" name="moda" value="$profile_txt{'88'}" /></td>
   </tr>
	</table>
</form>
</div>

Can someone help me?

Thx a lot.

In the place of seeing a map, I just get this code. Any idea why?

Code
Select All
<html><head><link rel='stylesheet' href='./Templates/Forum/Abibitumi.css' type='text/css' /></head><body class='windowbg2'> <img src='./ModImages/yamms/maps/Africa.gif' width='550' height='430' name='mapview' id='mapview' border='0' style='position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; cursor: crosshair; pointer: crosshair;' alt='' onclick='MapClick(event)' /> <img src='./ModImages/yamms/bpin.gif' id='nmarker' style='z-index: 2;'> <script language='JavaScript1.2' type='text/javascript'> document.getElementById('nmarker').style.visibility = 'visible'; document.getElementById('nmarker').style.position = 'absolute'; document.getElementById('nmarker').style.left = 0 + 'px'; document.getElementById('nmarker').style.top = 0 - 8 + 'px'; function MapClick(event) { xcoor = (event.clientX); ycoor = (event.clientY); document.getElementById('nmarker').style.visibility = 'visible'; document.getElementById('nmarker').style.position = 'absolute'; document.getElementById('nmarker').style.left = xcoor + 'px'; document.getElementById('nmarker').style.top = ycoor - 8 + 'px'; parent.document.creator.ycoord.value = ycoor; parent.document.creator.xcoord.value = xcoor; } </script> </body> </html>

Great work again Carsten!
No probs installing. One thing I want to tweak is the text color of the map name in the dropdown. Its white on white. Check it out. http://www.rexxenexx.com/index.php?ref=forums/forums.php

Wow 5 days and nobody has an idea? Slow week I guess.
K, my guess is it's a css associated to the SELECT. I'll go code hunting, I thought someone else might know off the top of their head.

EDIT: FOUND IT!! Line 135.

Code
Select All
	$contopt .= qq~<select class="titlebg" style="width: 150px; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal;" name="contselect" onchange="submit()">~;

Should be:
Code
Select All
	$contopt .= qq~<select style="width: 150px; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal;" name="contselect" onchange="submit()">~;
