Board Security issue

I hate to keep "whining" here but I am experiencing another problem with the forum related to security. Here is my problem:

I have the "More Boards and Catagory" (MBCO2) MOD installed.

I have 10 security/access levels assigned. Over and above the 5 or so already there by YaBB default making an overall total of 15 levels.

I assign all members an access code.

The access codes work beautifully - up till I come to the 2nd group of five codes.

The only way to fully explain this is to give exactly what I have setup:

MEMBERGROUPS (Less the default 5 already included):

AR
AZ
IN
LF
P5
PR
PZ
PI
PL
P5C

Each member is assigned ONE of those codes.

If a member is assigned any of the following:
AR
AZ
IN
LF
P5

Access works perfectly.

If I assign any of these:
PR
PZ
PI
PL
P5C

None work.

Each board is assigned 1-4 of the membergroup access codes as such:

LF,PL,P5C

Notice NO spaces between codes.

WHY, can't people with a PL or a P5C access access those boards so coded?

BUT those with the LF code accesses it fine.
