	Yup! I'm actually uploading 5-6 more animations tonight... Glad you like my site. I'm in the process of redesigning it right now and should be all set by monday... P.S. I'm downloading the enviro..do hickie as I type... I'll let you know what happens....

	It;s working okay but I think I need a step by step tutorial on how to upload the thumbnail and then upload the actual file that the thumbnail will be linked to... A little help if possible...

	Okay louisle, I've got it uploaded again. I don't get the CGI timeout anymore. Thanks! But I'm still getting stuck on the path the Gallery folder. Should that be the URL, or the absolute path? I have tried putting the absolute path, which gives me an untrapped error. When I go back into prefs & settings, it has already automatically changed the path to the URL, which doesn't work either. I'm pretty new on this Windows server, so I'm probably just making a simple mistake somewhere. EDIT: Yup, it was a simple mistake. I missed your post about using "/" instead of "\". All better now.

	Got home a bit ago... 	I think I'm having the same problem, maybe. I can upload pictures, but I don't see them after I've uploaded them. Louisle, does a user manual come with this fancy mod of yours? lol It looks awesome, now I just need to figure out how to work it.

	Hey, I got it installed but it gives me an error Code Untrapped Error: ../Gallery/29355849/: No such file or directory at ./Sources/Gallery.pl line 280. http://forum.alcanime.net/YaBB.cgi?board=;action=gallery Any ideas?

	well... seems I fixed that, but now I have other problems. I put captions on 2 images I uploaded, but then when I went back, they were gone. And when I try to put them back, they don't show up. Also I other members can't see the albums or photos, so I clicked publish. They could then see the albums, but not the photos. Either this mod has a lot of bugs or you need a user manual If it could just work right, it would be a really great mod!

	Hello yabbers , now i have to be angry a little bit . you want me to write a manual, but not want read the explanations i give with the mod , please READ FIRST THEN TRY YOURSELF TO FIX BEFORE YOU POST , okay ? save my time and nerves , if i don't need tell everything three or four times ... i tested everything on SP1.1 and SP1.31 hundred of times at Linux and Windows. So bugs should be only IN USE of the mod ... So pleaase take a look on the ** Explanations @Al Canime : about the captions : they are in the GALLERYALB.TXT , which should be in your /Members folder and chmod at 666 . Did you do that ? @Dam Yankee: Preset is thumbnails ON if you set it enable in the admin-center , but if you don't have thumbnails uploaded , you won't see them, you will see a placeholder. please read the Explanations @qersys : read the whole book , please !! i don't want spent my time with setup my mod for every board of lazy users. BETA-testing has another meaning ... and i cannot do anything with a login and pw ... need access to your server, if you installed it wrong. 	@qersys : you should set the "GALLERY MEMBER SETTINGS" in the admin center. the chmod of GALLERYMB.txt in the /MEMBERS folder should be 644 , only GALLERYALB.txt and GALLERYPUB.txt have to be chmod 666 ... something is wrong ... your "gallerytest" -member doesn't have permission to access, but i can access ... CHECK THE WHOLE INSTALLATION.

	Thanks for the assistance, I use apache on winXP Pro so there are no permissions to set. I think. I did give the test account all permissions in the gallery, so "gallerytest should have access to all features". Please dont get all riled at me, I don't want you to do it for me. I'll just work it out on my own, sorry to be a bother to ya.

	Aww, louisle, don't be angry with us. I didn't mean to imply that there was anything wrong with the mod. I know you have spent a great deal of time on the wonder-mod! I did read your directions, and I did try everything (that I could think of) before I posted my question. I'm sure I've just got something set up wrong somewhere, because I don't even see the placeholders. I will keep trying, okay? Don't be angry. This is a beautiful mod and you did a fantastic job with all your hard work.

	i'm not really angry . but have to smash my fist on the table back to your problem : if you set all permissions and everything is okay , you should have 4 green V on the right bottom ( after access , upload, publish and moderator ) at least after access , but "gallerytest" didn't . There are just red crosses , so something is wrong ... are you sure you don't have set chmod on apache ? please let me see your gallerymb.txt , before and after a change of permissions. greetings louisle

	@Dam Yankee : did you set the absolute path and the relative path right ? if you can upload ( prove with your ftp-prog ) and can't see the fotos, the relative path is wrong , i guess ... should be something like : "../../public_html/Gallery" please try. greetings louisle

Yes, I did that, and then I tried 777, but still didn't work. I followed all the steps in the Explanation when I was installing.
