	Just finding a clue as to what happened to my board. This is the last mod i've installed. Didn't get any errors when i uploaded and tested in our server. But a few hours, strange things began to happen. A couple of moderators have been transformed into a regular user or guests. Then some threads in our boards disappeared. And when i hit the rebuild index, everythings gone or should i say, stuffed in the first category thread of my board. I won't say this could be the one that gave me the problem. Just wanting to hear from people who experienced the same problems as mine. And oh, aside from this, i also would like to know if the biography mod is html enabled? theMoonPrincess

	two problems: 1) when installing the mod, I got an error on step six (adminedit.pl), however I manually inserted the code for the step where I thought it should go. When I edit the settings, I can see all the HTML settings, but when I enter a value (say, admin, in the users that can use html field), it doesnt stay--it isnt added to the settings file. I manually edited the settings and added the value with admin, and the rest of the mod worked. please take a look at my adminedit file attached 2) this is a mod bug (i think). when i use the <a href> tags, for example <a href="fdfdfdf.com">CLICK</a>, it will take me to http://www.mydomain.com/fdfdfdfd.com, not the correct address. This is a conflict between auto hyperlinking and html that needs to be fixed.

	1. You didn't install steps 7 and 8, that's why it doesn't save the changes. 2. you're right, there is some code in the wrap and wrap2 subs which modify links outsite of the ubbc sub. Will propably be fixed someday when I get the time to redo this mod.

	1. haha, how silly of me 2. hmmm, thats a bugger....is there a simple method to deactive automatic hyperlinking of urls if html is enabled? seems like that wouldnt be so hard... <a href>'s are great for fake links thanks michael

	I didn't try it out but something like this should work: Open Display.pl and look for: Code &wrap; if($enable_ubbc && $enable_html != 1) { if(!$yyYaBBCloaded) { require "$sourcedir/YaBBC.pl"; } &DoUBBC; } &wrap2; and replace it with: Code if ($enable_html != 1) { &wrap; } if($enable_ubbc && $enable_html != 1) { if(!$yyYaBBCloaded) { require "$sourcedir/YaBBC.pl"; } &DoUBBC; } if ($enable_html != 1) { &wrap2; }
