	I have sp1.1 with polls.mod, quickreply.mod,userstoday.mod. I have tried to install add more member groups but get errors at step 12 in the instantmessage.pl and step 27 display.pl Any help would be welcome

	I had the same problem. What I did is I installed those 2 steps manually, and then edited the mod with the option that allows you to do that on BoardMod (I have fogotten the name). I took out those 2 actions, and then installed it. THe only problem, this may or may not be related, is that now when I change things in my admin center that have to do with the membergroups, they won't save.

	Lol, if you take out any code don't believe the mod will still work. You would have to edit the code that it would work with your board. Also this mod was done for SP1 not for SP1.1. SP1 seems to have some new source code on this step so the mod does not find it.

	Darn It! I have the same problem, manually added the same steps, now, everything looks fine, but nothing saves in the admin area. Does anyone have any ideas? Leeeeeeeeeech!

	I get step 12 and step 27 error,too. Using SP1.1. Can the anyone fix for it?

	hmmm think it won't be that hard. but i really don't have much time and if i have i spent it into the IMBox 2.0 atm. If it's done i think i have to rewrite the membergroups mod because it seems it has some more bugs...

	The mod works great for me. I don't remember how much editing I had to do to the mod or the files for the mod to work. But I know I didn't "change" code. I change the layout in the file (usually getting rid of blank lines) when it is different from the mod. Also if I have added a mod that affected the code that is being searched for then I update the mod, so it is searching for the right code. I forgot to say that I am running SP 1.1. And I have used many mods that are not exactly for SP 1.1 and I either had to update what was being searched for in one way or another or I had to update the file that had to be edited. I have had to do a lot more of the former then the latter.

	Ok, I installed the mod with no problems. But my question is, why is the moderator (non existant), the global moderators come up fine and dandy. I even made another group for moderator and all it does if give the user a fancy title, why can't they edit the post or do anything, other then be a normal user.

	Moderators are created on a per-board order. To assign moderating to a user, do this: Admin Center->Edit Boards->Add the username into the 'moderator' box and submit changes.
