Must View Topic
Description:This Mod will allow Admins and GMods (if allowed access) to force users to view a specified topic before any other topics can be viewed. You can either enter any thread ID in the Admin Center settings, or select the option when posting a Global Announcement. You can choose which boards can't be accessed until the topic has been viewed and which member groups must view the topic. You can also add additional information to the Must View Topic notice.
Notes:If you allow Global Moderators to access the general forum settings in the Admin Center, then it is possible for them to force just the Administrator group to view a topic - some people might think this is a bad thing and others think it a good thing, but it is only the first release so I'll just see how it goes.
Also note that it is only the person who enables the topic to be viewed that will not be forced to view it, so if you have other Administrators on your board, then they can also force the default admin user to view the topic.

Installation:1) Modify YaBB files using BoardMod or manually.
2) Upload modified files to your server in ASCII mode.
3) Go into Admin Center => Forum Settings => Members tab => Must View Topic to configure the settings.
