Shows Page Load time (as determined by Debug) on each page

For YaBB 2.5AE and 2.5.2 (Part of core for 2.5.4)

Installation:

1) Modify YaBB files.
2) Upload modified files to your server in ASCII mode.
3) Go into Admin Center =>Advanced Settings => Advanced => Debug => choose from drop-down menu
