I found this Perl Module from cpan

Should this Module be installed locally in yabb2/Modules or Should it be installed by my Host on Server Side and then called in otheryabb.pl files?

What are the pros and cons to each?

Pro to yabb2/Modules included not having Yabb users to need to contact host to install perl mod

What are the files needed to edit to add it yabb2/Modules?

Is there less code if installed Host SeverSide or in yabb2/Modules?

Will Net-Twitter Perl Module eventually be Installed on Most Hosts?
