To auto delete posts after a fixed time

Hi. I have a classifieds 2.4 Yabb forum where members place items for sale. I want to be able to select a time scale for the post to show then be deleted so I don't have to contact all members to see if their items are still for sale or sold. An email could be sent to the member asking if they still wanted to keep the post live for another set time.
