The more I look at this one, the more I think that it is probably actually a problem with YaBB 2.1 rather than 2.4.
Logically, setting a 'Preset Time Format' (in Profile) of

should give dates in the form of Month/Day/Year (in the Event Calendar etc), however in
2.1 it didn't! It gave Day/Month/Year.
I had not noticed that this was illogical, as it suited my purpose and I just didn't think about it
.
I think the question I really should be asking is 'Can anyone tell me how I can get one of the 'Preset Time Format' options to be :-

This option is not offered at present.
I assume it would mean altering the code somewhere.
I have tried setting this up in the 'Custom Time Format' but cannot get the right format.
If there are no further suggestions on here, I will try posting it to 'Programming & Coding Board'.
Thanks to all those who have tried to help so far.
Cheers.
John.
(Later!)
I tried altering the 'Custom Time Format' in 'Profile' to read :-
Quote:D+ MM YYYY @ hh:mmam*
Which gives me :-

Exactly what I want! I thought I had cracked it
however, the format in the 'Go to' and 'Add Event' in Event Calendar is still Month/Day/Year
. It also gives the date in the Event details at the side of the Calendar as
Quote:16-09-2009
, which seems a little strange as the dates in the '10 Most Recent Visitors' panel appear as expected -

As there is no option in 'Forum Settings' for a
Custom Time Format I appear to be again, stuck!
