Installing Templates

I have no clue on how to install templates
I want to make my board cool,
So
I went to the page and selected a template, and just got all this code.
Do I copy and past it all somewhere.
how do I add more smileys

The other boards I have worked with you download a folder up load into a folder then choose it in the admin part of the board.

Yes I am new  to this,
Please help or send me to a page that gives me step by step instruction

exactly, the templates you were viewing are for an older version of Yabb. click the link in my signature for a list of YaBB 2 templates
