	I just got word from cyberarmy.net that they can no longer provide use their irc server for use. We'll move to irc.freenode.net #boardmod instead. I've changed the java chat client already.

	Freenode is especially for open source projects, so I don't see any need for special irc server. but thanks for the offer.
