This small mod let yabb 2 show

when a moderator/admin edit somebody else post, ignore the time limit you got to modify a post without showing the 'Last Edit' message.

When a admin/moderator edit his own post, yabb will still hide the Last Edit message.

How to use: 
Install using BoardMod
Upload:
Sources\Display.pl
Admin\ModList.pl

v1.01 - Add modname to Installed Mods in admin center
