awesome mod, there is a small bug though , users are able to give reputation to themselves

any chance there is a quick fix for this?

2 concerns.

1: users are able to give reputation to themselves by going to:

YaBB.pl?action=repaedit;changerepa=1;user=THERE_USERNAME;redit=rhistory

2: a member on my site with the username spyrorocks has a reputation file on the server named:

%73%70yrorocks.reputation

and another file with the name:

%73pyrorocks.reputation

this doesn't seem right, is there a way to prevent this from happening?

a fix  for these 2 issues would be great.
