The default "recent posts" function reads each post to get the date of each,
then sorts them to get the most recent.  This takes far too long once there
are several thousand posts.  This mod makes this run MUCH faster by only checking
the last 10 or so posts in each forum.

For the technically inclinded, this is done by seek()ing near the end
of each FORUM.txt file after opening it.

This mod has been tested on 1.3.2, but is very simple and so should work with
other 1.x versions and be compatible with most other MODs.
