	PopMeter adds a popularity bar to members posts and profile. On the popularity bar other members can express their opinion on the member. In PopMeter.pl, near the top you can set the bar-width and the minimum number of minutes between two "opinions" from the same IP.

	Hi Carsten, thanks for the Mod. Installed without errors, upload all files, but the Mod doesn't works. Click on Smilies at the left and right side is not possible. Edited: Sorry..... My Error ..... Mod work's very fine .....

	Carsten you are the man... thanks. Worked fine for me and I liked how people can't vote for themselves. One question... I looked at the popmeter.pl file and saw the number set for how the amount of time in which people can do this from the same IP being set at 60. What is 60 exactly? minutes or seconds? Something else?

	This is a nice substitute for the Karma mod that someone was asking for somewhere... ... not that I'd use it on my board. No disrespect intended. If you start playing favorites, someone is going to become upset, and either leave, or take drastic retributive actions. Let's not forget also, although it is not possible for you to vote for yourself, it opens the doors to all sorts of alternate accounts by the same people... to be used only once and then abandoned. I'm sure it has a place... but the admin of the board should weigh the pros with the cons before installing it. It may work structurally, but it can bring about some unexpected, undesireable side-effects.

	@mrdale96 - minutes - as it says in the comment in the code, and in the description in the mod-file, and in the description in "Installed Mods" in admin center, and in the error message...
