YaBB and a Newsportal

Just a quick question is there anyway to set up my YaBB to connect to a nntp server and send and recieve Newsgroups messages like VBulletin Board.

If there is anyway that YaBB can work as a newsportal that would be great. 

Please let me know

you could use something like NNTP2RSS

then just include the feeds in your YaBB template

Thank you I will check it out the NNTP2RSS

How would I do the feed from NNTP2RSS to my
YaBB template?

The reason I am asking I have the Christnet Newsgroups and I want the people that log onto
www.kwem.com/newsportal/christnet.html to be able to send and recieve messages on the Christnet newsgroups from the website.

I have tried newsportal and I am having problems with it.  So that is why I went to YaBB Forum because it is so much like the VBulletin.
