I have had a long standing problem in my (very active) forum at www.smallflyingarts.com
Many users get this error when trying to upload pics...

I have verified that the filename does NOT exist prior to the upload, and that the new file DOES get uploaded to the server. A workaround was discovered that helps SOME users - they can get images to upload if they rename files to begin with characters like the following...

But this only works for some users. The problem occurs with IE, Firefox, and Safari... so I don't think it's a browser issue.
