Quick Reply Box with Formatted Text for YaBB2 by Gabriel Finkelstein

Y took the Quick Reply Box 1.3 by BHRA Webmaster, Krikkert, Colicab for Yabb1 Gold, and modified it so it works on YaBB2. Y also added the formatted text bar (url, img, bold, italics, etc). I don't know much about Perl, but I managed to put up this mod. And I'm only posting it, just in case anyone needs it, just like I did.
I tested it, and it worked, but I can't assure you that it'll work properly.

HOW TO INSTALL
- Install this mod with Boardmod.
- Upload QuickReply.pl in the Admin folder.
- Upload QuickReply.lng in the Languages folder.
- Go to the Admin Panel, and enable the Quick Reply Box.

Mmm, no idea.
The SRC of the buttons is for example:
$imagesdir/img.gif
So as long as the $imagesdir variable is correctly declared, then it should work fine.
I haven't understood your message very well.... I understand german, could you repeat it in german?

So I tested this mod in YaBB2 RC2, and it works perfectly.

Ohhh, I see now.
But the mod is template independant. It only depends on the $imagesdir variable (I don't know where it is defined, I couldn't find it in Paths.pl).
So honestly, I have no idea why that happens. I tested it with another template, and it worked.
Could you check de HTML code once your forum page is loaded? Look what it says where the buttons/smilies should be. If there's an <img> tag, then it is an $imagesdir variable problem, but if there's no tag, then it is a template problem.

When creating a template, you should copy all of the original files from the default directory into your own directory.  Then, edit the ones you want to change.

Wait a second - the buttons and smilies are in their own directories, outside of the Templates directory.  Why is it looking for them in the template directory anyway?
