	i have installed the mod on my board but i have noticed the following problems: outbox does not work!?! 'ytou have x messages, 0 are new' <- it never says you have new messages! can anyone help me out?

	Did you go into Admin Center -> Forum Preferences and Settings, and configure the new settings there?

	Another question ... if you've used a previous version of AIMB, you would need to upload 'convert.pl' into your yabb root directory, cmod it to 777 and run it once. Dunno if that's a factor for you.
