Ok, so all of my memebrs have the mod priviledges suc has locking and unlocking threads. These are the mods I'm running:
amm_sp131_15.mod
greetplus_V_1_0a.mod
Polls_3_SP13.mod
quick_reply_box_13.mod
SplitSplice_1_SP13.mod
temporary_ban2_sp1.mod
yams_403_sp13.mod
yesterday.mod

Anyone know why this would be happining or how to fix it ASAP?

It seems I fixed it, I'm not sure how...weird, but I chose not to use advanced split splice options and I think that is what fixed it.
