I saw that.  I'm just stupid.  I took the code and pasted it in my Subs.pl at the bottom of the file.  But that meesed up the server.  Where excatly do i put the code in subs.pl?

I'm stupid.  I just followed the code till i found the snippet and changed it it match.  I'll see if that was it.

No.  I edited the file.  No errors but still having the problem of selection what i want to upload, hitting the save profile button but nothing shows up.  The personal directory that i had in the avatars folder is empty.  I tried making the folder world writable but still no go.

If i uploaded a avatar and after that i want to upload a new avatar, the old one is'nt replaced, so i can't upload a new one.
Is this a Problem of my Board or Server or a problem of this mod?

normally it use to overwrite the old one, try another chmod for your avatars folder ...

normalerweise wird das alte überschrieben, versuch mal ein anderes chmod für das avatars verzeichnis... wenn das nicht klappt dann schreib mir nochmal und ich schicke dir hier einen code, der dir weiterhilft.

Das Verzeichniss in dem die Userverzeichnisse angelegt sind hat schon 777, die avatare werden darin vom Mod mit 644 gespeichert, nachdem ich ein neues Avatar hochlade ist das Änderungsdatum des Avatar in diesem Verzeichniss mit der hochladezeit gerade identisch, aber es ist immer noch das alte Bild Sad

A Short summary: The directory is with 777 and the time of the avatar-file ist changed, but not the avatar.

das kann auch daran liegen, das beim AKTUALISIEREN der ANSICHT der Browser aus dem CACHE ladet... drücke mal im Profil mit einem neu hochgeladenen avatar die STRG+Aktualisieren oder leere deinen temporary internet files oder download per ftp diesen avatar zur kontrolle ob es auch wirklich der alte ist ... wenn ja dann melde dich nochmal dann gebe ich dir den code.

i said that maybe the browser didn't load the page, but take the avatar from cache and that he should proove it ....
