Multi Question Poll

Hello all,

I use the Poll 3.0 mod on my board, but I really need a poll that will allow multiple questions.  Does any one know of such a mod or how to mod the Poll 3.0 mod (can I use the the word 'mod' anymore)?

Difficult to do directly - can't you just create a seperate thread for each question?
