A little help with a background image

Ok this is the code thats in there right now

.titlebg	{ background-color: #1171A7 ; color: #FFFFFF; }


So im going to change it to

.titlebg	{ background="http://domain/image.jpg" }


Correct?

Cause I do this but all that shows up is a blank color, no image... any help would be great.

Ok, this is what i'm looking for... but i get a grey bg with black text.......
