	ImgSize 1.3 for SP1.1/1.2 This mod let members set the actual width and height of own picture (avatar) in profile and posts. Admin set max. allowed width/height in admin-center. Width and height can be set different for profile and posts. This way Admin can let users picture be larger in profile than in posts. If the members own picture is within the limits it's shown "as is" without stretching, else the picture is resized, keeping the correct aspect ratio. New in ver 1.3: Admin can choose to only let Administrator (and Global Moderators) show own picture in posts - regular members own picture still shown in Profile.
