3D Black and Gray

I'm using the 3D Black and Gray template, and I have two problems.

1) I want to make this line black


2) This text is black (invisible) in this page http://www.cunje.com/asa/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.pl?action=recent . How can I change the color to white, so I can see it

in the template, try looking for a font = #000000 and change it to font = #ffffff
