	These mods are frequently asked for, but because of the way YaBB works, they may be very difficult to impliment (and some may never be written). Threaded View - Giving YaBB a full "Tree Structure" (each post and reply has it's own list of replies, taking the thread in different directions - like an interactive story). [ 1 2 3 ] Sub Catagories - Making YaBB a four-level system or more (Catagories, Sub Catagories, Sub Sub Catagories, ... , Boards, Threads). [ 1 2 3 4 5 ] Split/Splice - The ability to split threads that go off topic, or join similar thread. (A beta version of this mod is now available here!) [ 1 2 3 4 ] HTML - The ability to use HTML tags in posts and replies. (This has now been done by Michael Prager here!) [ 1 2 3 4 5 ] Recycle Posts - Saving posts and replies that have been deleted from threads so they can be un-deleted. [ 1 ] Live IM - making the IM truly instant with a pop-up window displayed the moment someone sends you an IM. [ 1 2 3 4 ] Email Integration - the ability to participate via email. [ 1 2 3 4 ] Zero Posters - admin function to automatically delete users who haven't posted to the forums. (This was being worked on by Sonic before his crash - the closest you'll get at the moment is "Advanced Memberview Plus", which now has a "selective" checkall function to checkall members who have zero posts.) [ 1 2 3 4 ] Portal - turning YaBB into a full Portal (whatever one of them is!) [ 1 2 3 ] RPG - full conversion of YaBB to a RPG environment. (Christer is currently developing this) [ 1 2 3 (ALPHA STAGE) ] Eradicate User - Delete all the posts and replies made by a specific user. (A version of this has now been written by Xlycer, which is being discussed here.) [ 1 2 ] If anyone has a spare couple of months and wants a challenge, then feel free to pick a mod and have a go!

	Thanks Christer, and if I've missed any, feel free to add them to the list. (Only add mods that have been requested several times, but are unlikely to be made because they are technically difficult and complex. Include links to threads where the mods are being discussed, but please don't discuss them here!)

	also, the latest news on the Portal thing was that the YaPortal system was being converted or something.....

	What about Starsabers IM mod, converting it to SP1. I havent been around in a long time, but as far as I can see, no one has done this. (??) I think that was an awesome mod, and I really miss having it on my board. I think I saw someone mentioning that they were doing it...

Docda already updated his version and I believe has 1 more update coming out/come out .

	ok... so your saying that a mod with the same features as the super im mod (POP3 Support, buddy list, ect..) has already been made compatable with SP1? Is it available to download on the mod page? thanks for the info btw!

	Although not a mod, but frequently requested: That mods have an admin center part which enables/disables the mod, and customizes certain parts. 1. If you install a mod, then you probably want to use it. Easiest way to disable = Uninstall mod. 2. Who wants a 300kb admin center who loads as slow as me getting up on a Sunday morning? 3. Not to mention the few times where you switch language packs(Believe me, I've done it...it's not pretty.) Small mods for small features doesn't necessarily need an admin option to disable them [/rant]

	Hey Fellas what about a conversion of Advanced Memberview for v1.3.x? I ask as I've managed to install it, but altering 4 of the steps, but if I want to send a mail using it to more than one person, it only sends a mail to the first, and the first only?!?!

Small mods for small features doesn't necessarily need an admin option to disable them [/rant] I can see the logic in who ever said that as it would be very useful to have an off switch on a mod.. though i will admit it would be VERY difficult to create such a mod.. I had loads of mods installed n my old 1.1 board but when i no longer wanted it i couldn't uninstall it because other mods had altered parts of the code inbetween and boardmod could no longer find the parts it needed to uninstall it :/ hence i had to do it by hand (this could have easily destroyed my board) now i come to think about it if there was some sort of mod that could place comment (#) on the mod code it would disable the mod and it would be easily implementable EDIT: the code doesn't really HAVE to be in the admin center.. you could make a modcenter.pl within admin

	I use norwegian.lng, it's not hard to switch language packs at all... I first install the mod using BM, then I open the mod file and apply all the changes to english.lng to norwegian.lng manually. Thus my english.lng and norwegian.lng are always both up to date, should I feel like toggling between them.
