This email timer mod is a great idea, I have been waiting for a mod like this for some time. I have a board with just over a 1000 members but many of them are no longer active, this would be a good way to either encourage them to login and participate or clean up the membership of my board.

Have you posted this mod anywhere? If so could you post the link so I can get a copy, if not would you mind posting it or emailing me the mod?

Hi

I have installed the Advanced System eMails Mod  and all seems to work well except the  "See You Again" eMail. I have joined my own board as a test, logged in and deleted my account but don't get the  "See You Again" eMail....

All the other emails seem to work ok..

Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry to keep replying to this thread but I have discovered another problem..(i think)

The IM Notification email doesn't seem to work on my board? I have the [BETA] Advanced Instant Message Box 2.0 - RC3.3 mod installed and that works fine but when I install this mod the IM notification by email seems to stop...? Do you think this Advanced Instant Message Box 2.0 is the problem..?

Just one problem that I seem to be getting and wondered if you could point me to what is causing it..
When I use the tag for the date I get this error when printed out
Dec 23<sup>rd</sup>, 2002, 12:14pm

All right, who has got this mod installed and has been using it a bit ... I need to figure out what may be going on with it.

I occasionally have members who seem to find their account has disappeared, so they start a new account, and all their previous messages are marked as being from a past member (would be guest, except for one of the mods on the site here).

I understand they quite likely may have deleted themselves, but since I have back-ups of their data, if I learn about this quickly enough, I could reinstate their data, and they'd have their account again.

So I set this mod up for the purpose of sending an e-mail if a member deletes themselves, asking them to send me an e-mail if it was an accident, or if they weren't aware their account was being deleted, so I could reinstate them.

Then I created a user, logged him in, then deleted him. It sent him a welcome message, but it never sent him a 'Hope to see you again' message, though as far as I know, it set it up right for one.

Has anybody ever gotten the Hope to see you again message to work correctly? Any suggestions?

Ummm... ya, I have a problem. All my IMS are showing up 20 times, and when a person signs up or something, he gets like 10 welcome messages, all by this MOD Sad. What's wrong!?
