	wich mod do ya all mean by "stop following my...." ? ########################################## what is important i think is to add all mods that are related to security !? ########################################## hm, and the question about the changing of the most downloaded list is good, perhaps we should not only take the most downloaded temporarily maybe we should see that on a more extended time table, as i mean take those that will get classics or just "must apply" or cult or however ya wonna call it -?

That's one way to do it, but I think the most objective way is to look at the most-downloaded mods. Making a poll about what mods are best wouldn't be a good representation of the mod users community at all, I don't think. Besides, the top 3-5 aren't going to be changing all that much anyway.

	i think there are some more like the one to encrypt passwords or the other that fixes somethin with the boardstable or folder.....(don't remember exactly) @omario:

Encrypted passwords is a totally optional and not that popular mod (#19, only available for Gold Release). This doesn't fix any vulnerability, just gives a little more piece of mind to the paranoids. 	Hm... let's say you test all mods with the top 5 downloaded mods. What if the top mods 5 and 6 are permanent changing ? Example: ( i must explain it because im not sure if you understand my english ) Let's say today "Mod_A" has 2000 downloads and "Mod_B" 1990 downloads. The next day "Mod_A" has 2002 downloads and "Mod_B" 2020 ... and then "Mod_A" 2030 and "Mod_B" 2028... and so on... Today it isn't the case but it can happen!

	Hehe don't worry about download counts, I think we should not strictly focus on that counter. If there is a new, very good mod available which is is liked very much and a lot of people are interested into it, why not add it to that list? It will take half a year till a new mod has reached the download count of the poll mod

Yeah, maybe we should just have a vote amongst the mod testing team (once assembled) as to what mods should be used. As I said before, I don't think that making a public vote would work out well, let's just keep it to the people on the team, who will explain their suggestions, rather than just a numerical poll. Maybe in this new mod review/display script we should have "top downloads in the past 30 days"? Might be a more accurate popularity rating.
