I had to remove this mod and heres why.

After installing the mod, the user could go into the profile and change the email address to that of the admin of the board. Then send email out which would appear as though it was the admin <not truely Spoofing since its coming from my server but spoofing since it wasnt really me> needless to say that kinda put the kabosh on it. Another issue I had was i could limit the number of messages in the Inbox and outbox however i couldnt limit the number of messages in the peoples private folders.  If these items could be fixed I might be willing to give it another go.

lol, well now I got a calendar thing to work on...

It's an easy mod, just working on the adding date things (btw, one person *may* be getting it, he e-mailed me).

Then I also gotta finish up that site. I have another board to maintain too (Skillet, popular Chirstian band). It's already got almost 80 members and 1000+ posts. It's a week old today I think...

Anyway, there is another mod that seems to be conflicting with my mod and I get blammed for it. All I added was 2 little codes to the Profile page and they weren't very big. It may be my mod, but I don't think it is... let me check my board.

@StarSaber : Sorry about the Virus, but I have it in my System since yesterday and can`t destroy it cause it have infected my kernel32.exe ... I must format my hard Disk but actually saving my complete important Files. Sorry for that, I can`t do anything about that.
But if this Error comes not with your mod, maybe you can help me out anyway. I don`t understand the complete code and can`t find it for myself. Please help me.

go to...

c:\
cd windows
cd system (or if it's XP do system32)
ren kernel32.exe kernal.bak

Then restart. It should work, if not go back into dos and change kernel.bak to kernel32.exe then get someone with your OS and transfer the file. I'm almost 100% sure that that shouldn't mess anything up. I'd have to look at my Win98 comp over in my closet. lol

Hi Starsaber,

Another brilliant mod!  I've got a tiny problem though.

The main Instant Message Inbox page doesn't display correctly.  The footer, is being sandwiched between the folders box and the messages.

It seems to be okay when there are no messages but as soon as there are it goes funny.

Any idea how I can make the footer appear at the bottom of the screen?

I have a problem with this mod. I use the latest version of YaBB, and installing it gave me six errors of string not found, starting with line 2. I checked it, and discoverd that the lines that boardmod was looking for was not in Admin.pl but in AdminEdit.pl. So I manually editted it so it would make the right changes. installation whent okay but there is an error on the IM screen:

Untrapped Error:
Undefined subroutine &main::footer called at ./Sources/InstantMessage.pl line 328.

The following error is on the Pofile screen.
Untrapped Error:
Unterminated <> operator at ./Sources/Profile.pl line 890.

Why isnt this mod compatible with my forum? i have ps1.1 so it should work... odd...
