I can't get the border colors to change, no matter what I do. When I change them it only changes the border around the logo area, and not the rest of the forums.

I cannot change the background colors as well for Yabb 2.1. I made changes to the StyleSheet and Template Configuration but still it did not take the change. What should we do?
